DISCOVERY AND STRATEGY

Foundation

Before we talk about technology, we need to understand what success actually looks like. We sit down with your team and work through your goals, constraints, users, and risks. By the end you will have a clear project scope and a technical strategy we both believe in.

DESIGN AND ARCHITECTURE
Week 2 to 4
Planning

A senior engineer reviews the technical architecture before development starts. We also build real interactive prototypes so you can click through the product before a single line of code exists. Fewer surprises, faster builds.

AGILE DEVELOPMENT
Week 4 through launch
Build

Two-week sprints. At the end of every sprint you get a demo of working software, you give feedback, and we incorporate it into the next sprint. You see real progress every two weeks, not a status update. We set up a shared Slack channel from day one so you have direct access to your team.

QA AND LAUNCH
Final 2 to 3 weeks
Delivery

A feature is not done just because it works in development. We run structured QA including automated tests, manual testing across devices and browsers, and user acceptance testing with your team. On launch day we handle the deployment and monitor closely for the first 48 hours.

SUPPORT AND GROWTH

Long Term

Real products have issues after launch. Every engagement includes 90 days of post-launch support covering bug fixes, performance issues, and anything unexpected. After that, most clients stay with us on a monthly retainer for ongoing development.
